Thank You for the continued success and loyalty to our products. We have been blessed with great sculptors who have been willing to give of their talents to our cause and make our 1/13 scale Aurora kits expand with the “Add-on” kits. I, for one, have enjoyed playing a part in these productions and have been thrilled seeing these kits come to fruition. There are so many people to thank for their contributions and donations to make it all happen.
We hope many of you have liked and enjoyed each kit Primeval Plastics put out. We have tried to keep the costs low and still make it high quality. There is a lot of sacrifice of time and money to do this. However, to continue forward, we must have 30 strong assured commitments (NO pre-payments) prior to each sculpt to make it worth while and to keep the kits going. (Note: Commitments need to be purchased within 6 months of release date.) I can donate a lot of time to this but the sculptors and casters can not afford to do this cheaply. As much as we want to bring you more Add-ons, we need your support. This requires a “blind” trust from you. We have showed what we are capable of and what we can promise.
Our current project is the Ichthyosaurus, which has been in production for several years now. We want to complete this sculpt but need your help to push it forward. If you're interested and want to commit to this kit, please notify me. Remember, a minimum of 30 committed will get this back underway. Because of current situations, we have no other options to keep the Add-on kits coming.
Again, Thank you for your support by purchasing our kits. Hope to keep doing business with you and adding to your collections.
Our site is currently "under construction".

I'm dying over here for the Ichthyosaurus! Been waiting to layout next to the Sailback (as you have shown) and to arrange Mike's Kronosaurus chasing it out of the water! COUNT ME IN for (at least) one. I don't know, maybe two in a school would look cool.......And the rest of you need one too, so get on-line and tell Steve to git busy!!!!!!!
And as always keep us informed like this, of your future projects! You can usually count on me for at least one kit, depending on base and option arrangements (remember I jumped on two bases for the raptor and bought two dire wolf kits in order to do both poses). And while you are re-constructing your web-site (Primeval Plastics) don't forget to list your Neandrethal Woman to get the crowd droolin', under your "Future Projects" page!
Anytime you need help with input or upfront deposits, let me know how I can help.
Also, was wondering if you do, or have a good source for making namplates for this series. Was thinking about Atlantis' Prehistoric bison conversion that Trevor mentioned being available. It's 1/16 scale (close enough) and I thought "we" (all of us P/S maniacs) might make a push for a nameplate run and a modification piece to the base to incoroporate. What do you think? I might post this same idea under the bison post........

Steve, are there some more shots of what the kit looks like? Also the price or range if it isn't yet determined?

Even if you could give a range for the price, that would help.

As soon as I get any hint of a price, I'll be sure to post it.
Update: 16 commitments so far. Our site has been revamped and ready to go. Pics of the Ichthy are on there now. Click on "future Projects" and then, next to the Ichthy pic, click on the sentence underlined.

I found out that it could be between $60 and $100. We'll try to keep it some where around the $65 to $75 range. At least it's better than not knowing.

With a little notice, that should be do-able on my end.

No idea as I don't know how much it'll weigh and I won't be the one shipping this time.
BUT, if i were to guess; roughly over 2 pounds and 18 US dollars shipping cost

OK with your "teaser" of two more add-ons, how is THIS kit coming?

I have updated the count on the interested party a few posts up. It's at 16. Possibly 17. He's undecided so I can not count it yet.
The thing is with the Ichthy is this sculpt of it is not technically mine. Like the Struth, the Ichthy is Matt's. He calls the shots on this one. Therefore, WE have to hit at least 30 to make this one proceed to completion.
As far as the "teaser". Like I said, "All I'm going to say is; "A mock up of two bases for two add-ons." I'd love to give more info but this is all I can for now. More will come later. I also have other ones in the works (not shown) that are slated for "soon!?" Just waiting for the sculptors to clear up their busy schedules to finish them.

Can you say if any of those sculptors are Jeff? I love his work on the PS kits.

I'm under the impression that there are some negociations being made to finally complete the ichthy kit.
However, in the mean time, We'd still like to see more committed to complete the 30 requested, just in case things don't go through.

I noticed over at Primeval they have a Glyptodon slated for release. How does this one replace the Alchemy version? I have the Alchemy kit and I think it is great. Then Primeval shows another armadillo dino for future release. Alchemy's kit came with a set of differant ears and a different tail. Is this the Primeval 'other' armadillo dino?
I must admit, I'm in for all the releases Primeval has on their site except the two armadillo kits.

The Primeval Glypto and Deedee were announced prior to Alchemy's release of their armored mammals. They are still slated for a release... but likely not any time soon.
