I've been working on sculpting casting custom bases for the PS kits that allow more flexibility with the add-on kits and how to fit them in the layout. I plan to have the base layout plan this weekend (sept 15, 2012) and get the final molds, casts and website up within a month. My goal is to sell them for a very reasonable price. I do it for fun and pretty much just want to cover my costs, plus a little profit to develop new stuff.

As soon as you are up and running, I will add links to my site for it.

I've already sculpted and did some test runs of casting (the blue areas of the layout). A few need some adjustments for better fits. Also I'm waiting on my Plateosaurus to decide how to rework the jungle swamp/dimetrodon extension. Attachments:

Very nice work Mr. Banks! Quite excited to see these produced. Also like that you are considering the Atlantis Paleo-Bison, since i also got one to work with. Keep us posted and count me in for orders...... Got anything in mind for Alchemy's Sauropods? Mike told me they are not selling well and his production of a base is on hold......

Scott, have you looked into nameplates ie for the Paleo Bison. I got some PlasticStruct lettering, but the font may not be the same and I haven't tracked down the size for the "Description" letters......

If you want a nameplate made inexpensive, I have used Mark Kaelin of Mental Mischief. Another one to use is Fritz Friesig (sp?) of Headless Hearseman.
