I wanted a base for the sailback conversion.
I pm'd you about wanting a set of all your bases when they come available. All of them look great.

All the parts are ready. I had pretty good success with 3D casting of small parts. I also casted a bunch of other plants for the Bronto base I'm working on. I might be too much of a perfectionist...now the rough edges bother me, but I will live with it. Time to start painting. Attachments:

I love the spare plant ideas. I'm about to cast up some tree fern trunks myself. I'm going to use trimmed down plastic fern fronds from a local craft shop for the tops. I hope mine turn out as well as this.

Cool. It's tricky casting those little pieces.

Cool. Is this stuff for personal or are you selling these? A lot of detail going on there.

I think these are worthy of selling, along with my Tar Pit extension. The fit is really cool for the Polecanthus base because it only extends the classic aurora base layout past the Allo/Ankylo bases and still allows the Struthio to attach at the end. The Tar Pit extension works in a similar way where it fits. The Edaphosaurus base allows you to connect it to the Jungle Swamp and Plateosaurs. I need to figure out the exact cost, but it's probably around $20-$25 for each. I'll be finished painting them this week and will probably start selling them in a few weeks if I don't get too busy with work.

I am definitely in!!!
I think your other bases are worthy to cast as well. I'd use them for the Glyptodon. That base just doesn't have a crisp enough fitting edge. I'd like your set. I can't remember what you called it. Something like a torrent valley.
I'd buy all your bases.
The tarpit extension was for the Mammoth, n'est ce pas? Or am I remembering that incorrectly?

Yeah...hey Scott, when and where can we start ordering your bases? That is one of the neatest things a like about this series, and I could use some additional real estate............... Don't forget to talk with Trevor about adding a link to his site - I'm sure it will get lot's of use and orders!

I just noticed the little dead dino at the bottom of the last pic. It looks an awful lot like dead dino to the Raptor kit ?!

Yes it's your little dead dino. It's was a practice cast of a simple 3D critter.
