In case anyone was looking on ebay for some sealed kits. Avoid this auction. This guy is pretty shady. 3rd time he has listed this set. Cman, Cwoman, Neman, Bird, Swamp. Started out as a regular auction ,that he ended early shortly before it had run it's course because it didn't go high enough. Then he listed it again, this time with a BIN of $600. Then he listed it again, and I think sold it to himself. I say that, because he got feedback for being a good seller, the very same day the auction ended. And now, he has it for sale again. I thought about bidding the first time around, but the pic isn't very good, and I couldn't confirm if they were actually sealed as he states in the auction. Now, with his actions, I wouldn't touch it.

Yeah, those kits don't look sealed, and the Bird box looks water damaged.

LOL, this guy is too much - he's again creating an artificial bidding war by having his other alias (i.e., the guy who "won" the last auction, and immediately gave good feedback to the seller, which not-so-coincidentally improved the seller's rating from "negative" to neutral) repeatedly bid to increase the current price.
I've reported this guy 4 separate times to ebay, for the most obvious shill bidding imaginable - and outright fraud - yet ebay does nothing to police him. He's also clearly lying about the packages he's selling, to the extent he even owns anything to sell at all, since clearly the "sealed" packages he's selling have no wrap and have been opened, and have evident damage, etc.
someone else please report this guy to ebay. Between him and getting a Spiked Dinosaur in a Three Horned box, I'm getting pretty put off by ebay quickly.

Check out the feedback the buyer left for that auction.

That was me!!
I basically decided to take a bullet for the team to get rid of this guy, because I was pretty furious that Ebay wasn't going to do anything despite his clearly fraudulent actions. I filed multiple complaints, spoke to Ebay on the phone several times, etc. -- still the auctions remained.
So I put in an absurd offer to ensure nobody else got burned, and then immediately filed a complain with Paypal protection when he, of course, couldn't deliver items as described. There as some other fun history, like he tried to charge $400 for shipping, lol.
I basically taught him a lesson that there were consequences to fraud - I was going to get this guy for his actions to ensure nobody got burned in the future. Ultimately he ended up shipping what he had in exchange for something closer to what the bid price was on the auction he fraudulently pulled less than 12 hours until the end.
The kits themselves were obviously not sealed, and the Bird box had water damage, but there were otherwise actually very good - all unmade and on the sprues, good instructions, etc. Unfortunately since I was so convinced that he'd never ship anything, I subsequently purchased a mint sealed Giant Bird and a Jungle Swamp kit that was in mint shape but expensive ($165) and already had multiples of the humans -- so now I have 3 Giant Bird kits (all on sprues), 2 perfect swamp kits (unmade on sprues) and a crazy number of humans - 4 cromagnon women including a 71 mint sealed and 72 mint sealed; 3 neanderthal men (2 71, 1 72); and 3 cromagnon men (2 71, 1 72). I'll probably keep at least 2 of each so I can have a complete unpainted diorama and a complete built up set. But if I decide to let any of extras go, I'll give first crack to people here and at the yahoo forum before ebaying.
