I finally got back a part of my DOT Pteranodon I lent out about a year ago for a "scale" reference. Decided to start getting it ready for future painting so I glued it up and getting it primed. In doing so, I clipped it onto the big rock cliff thingy it came with to hold it while it dries. I noticed the left foot is about 3/8 of an inch off of it's resting place. I have no pic of it right now but it seems to me that the left leg is shorter than the other. Optical illusion? probably but I would like to know if anybody else has had this type of problem? More than likely it'll be hung up in "flying" fashion instead of standing on the cliff.
I'm also contemplating kitbashing the feet and making them clenched or splayed out.

Got me curious now_ I'll have to get the one I have out of the box and check it! Steve

I checked my kit - mine is about 1/4"off its resting place. Maybe the body part is warped slightly - the plastic is a little softer than the original PS. I just put the one part body on though, didn't put both halves together - that may have made it worse! Steve
