a couple of the European Revell editions have popped up on eBay at pretty good BIN's:

Rather uncommon kits. I believe the Allosarus might strangely have been released with the swamp portion of Sailback's base, according to Trevor's profile on the kit.

One of the releases came that way, just not sure which one.
But those prices are way too high.
$60 for a reissue.

I do have a RG Allosaurus (sent Trevor a copy of the instructions for his collection), and it unfortunately did NOT come with the swamp portion of the sailback base, which was disappointing since I was hopeful because of the profile note you're referencing. So careful buying it just for that.

Yeah, there are several different issues of the Revell-Germany kits.
Unfortunately, they all use the same packaging, (with the exception of the glow in the dark paint which has the sticker in the corner)

Look at the sailback.

2 different shades of green. Look like neither had the second base half.
While the black, GITD version did have the 2nd base.
