Nice colors! But this seems weird. Didn't Aurora do simple paint jobs and leave the basic color as is? It seems to me that they would have left him Silver and painted the horns, mouth, teeth, eyes and toes. Am I missing something here? On second thought, maybe they did do a few with a more complex color pattern. Still is a Dandy none the less!!! Thanks for sharing.

It's a very nice paint job, but it isn't a factory build. Aurora did mainly use the plastic color, and used paint masks for painting the rest. As far as I know, they never did factory displays for the trike.

I've never seen an Aurora Factory built-up that detailed. Is a nice paint job though. So you have any projects on the bench Skid? Havent seen any from you lately. Course I have room to talk! Steve

Yes, on and off (mainly off, I 'm sorry to say) for the past month I 've been working on one of my sabertooth tigers. He's on one front foot bearing down on a rabbit with his raking arm outstretched. The base was trashed when I bought it, but it came together nicely once it was all puttied up. And I've been working on Dr.Deadly, and an old Burger King kit.

I have an Allosaurus on the bench right now. I got a resin base from Chinxy for it. It's ion base color right now but havnet had any time to work on it for the last month. I'm going to try to get some WIP's and get to working on it again. Steve
