A couple of evenings ago, I shot a group photo of my current Pyro-LifeLike-Lindberg Stegosaurus herd. I think I only need about five boxed editions to complete the collection. The buildups include (L to R) the first Pyro Steg, my childhood Life Like edition, and Lindberg's most recent edition. Currently, I need the Pyro long-box edition, Life-Like photo-box and World Of edition, Lindberg '79 edition, and one of the more recent Lindberg edition. Attachments:

I've got pieces of the World of Stegosaurus box. I probably should have included that as well... Attachments:

Back in the seventies I ended up with three Pyro Stegosaurus kids by accident. One was built straight, the second was converted to a Polacanthus by my dad using stretched kit sprue over a candle to make more threatening spikes. I was interested to see the detail Lindberg had added when it got a re-issue some time back and I bought it with a view to adding a better paint job to the new one.

Can u post pix of this Artdeco? And tell us if u don't mind, how old was your father? the thing is that some of us remember the kits from our childhood, and some of us inherited them...
