Way back when, someone mentioned the possibility of a Pteranodon in the landed position with feet and forehands on the ground with the wing tips pointed back like the old Marx plastic toy I'm sure most of us are familiar with.
I would love that kit. I know there has been a shake up in the sculpting world, but might there be someone out there who can make my dream come true?

I think it was TAY that recently suggested it in a restoration thread I started. I have seen lots of knuckle walking pterodactyls in Walking with dinosaurs etc and they always look awkward. If anyone did do it, a little bit of poetic licence might be needed to get the kit looking exciting rather than uncomfortable. I think in the third Jurassic park movie they had a knuckle walker which looked aggressive rather than unhappy. Good luck to anyone that could. I'd buy it if it matched up with the PS flying reptile.

I've always thought this would be a cool kit too. I can't remember what show I watched that did a great job making the knuckle-walkers not look so awkward.

I know I mentioned I that I have kicked the idea around of trying to modify the PS kit to this pose. I also know a producer mentioned he was thinking about doing a box-art kit, but that was a couple years ago, and I haven't heard anything since.
