I thought I would start a thread dedicated to the Styracosaurus, spiked dinosaur. Build ups, mods, colour schemes, dioramas etc.

Fantastic job. It's all great, but particularly the horns, mouth and face.

Thanks Guys! I tried to leave him as a "Snap Tite" kit but there are a few parts that broke off that needed to be glued. That's why you see seems on him throughout. I have puttied up most of my Resin kits, but again, I try to leave them looking as "Snap Tite" too. Anybody else with a Spike kit to share?

I do, but because I started the thread it won't let me upload my pics? Any ideas? It normally works easily when I reply to other posts.

How big are they? Might be too large to attach to the thread.
I'll post mine when I get a chance. Just got home from WF and have lots to catch up on.

When I click on post reply, the usual choose file option does not appear so even though my file is the right side there is just no upload facility. It appears on the reply form for other posts?

That's odd. Seems to be working for me. You don't have a button that says [choose file] right below the thread title area? Attachments:

I've done everything and only on this thread the choose file option disappears. Anyway I love the colour scheme on your trike. Mine is grey with yellow ivory details. I like this kit because the re-issue has all the base parts and I do love the tree. I remember first getting this kit back in the 70s whilst on holiday. My dad usually built model kits meticulously, often doing a lot of painting pre-build. Because we were away he just bought a tube of cement and glued it up. I played with it for a solid week. I think this is one of the kits that captures the ground between action figure and kit perfectly. Its pretty sturdy with no small bits to loose.

I've done everything and only on this thread the choose file option disappears. Post it in another thread, and I will move the post here.
