I have the urge to build the Polar Lights Pteranodon and T Rex. I know there's a lot on E-Bay, but none are in the UK and the postage would be daft.
Does anyone know a UK distributor/supplier for these two kits?

Well I have purchased the kit and I await its arrival. It has Aurora on the box. I know Polar Lights used the name for a while. I usually buy two of each kit and keep one sealed. I think its a shame not to make at least one. Is it a better keep than a build, will the Aurora box eventually have rarity value?
I have always liked the look of this kit, basically because it looks wildly inaccurate. Something out of a 70s movie, like in 'At the Earth's Core' with Doug Maclure.
I quite fancy the triceratops too but I'm financially committed this month! LOL

Well it has arrived and its pretty cool. It was just like opening the Flying Reptile as a kid. The rock base is a tidy idea and the detail like the Plesiosaur head is pretty nifty. All in all a very satisfied customer. Its well packaged as a kit. Lip top box with very little rattle room to allow damage. Attachments:

Looks pretty nifty, reminds me of the pteranodon people in the old Ka-zar comics.

Yes. There is lots of detail and texture on the kit. I do remember that. From all the rocks on the cliff-base, to a ton of texture on the skin.

Hey Andy! Kazar, Lord of the hidden jungle, a lost world where you can have a sabre tooth as a pet and all the women are babes in a fur bikini. I'd hate living there! LOL

Just put a bid in for a Polar Lights T -Rex. £10 plus P&P. So far I'm winning.

I used to be like that. Eagerly anticipating something coming in the mail.
I miss those days.

Same here - but I still get a similar anticipation prior to Wonderfest! Steve

The Rex arrived and frankly, having clipped it together , I was impressed by the quality of the construction. Quality plastic, loads of detail. The only thing that I could question was the teeth. They seem strangely peg like and even. Not sharp, curved and Rex-like. Its like somebody thought it would be too scary? Bad news is I didn't get the triceratops. So here is an appeal. If you see one on E-bay and its UK based could somebody post it. I shall be looking but its weird how kits are listed sometimes.

Hey, I may have one (triceratops). It's opened - was thinking I might use it to 'kitbash' some of Alchemy's replacement heads, but...... Still need one?
I AM going to try to 'kitbash' one or two of the pteranodon replacement heads with the Polar Lights version, just to get some difference in posing and texture, and the size looks about right. I also like the rock face for use somewhere, quite possibly 'elevating' the Cave.
