This is a reissue of the Aurora kit from the series that caused a stir and got withdrawn.  It’s basically an instrument of torture, missing only the Pit from the Edgar Allen Poe story.  Sadly the mechanism doesn’t really work, but it displays nice.  When you add the figures from the series, it becomes more apparent why these kits caused offence in 1970s.  Nyeh-heh-heh!  The heart shaped padlocks are a kinky touch.  |

Lovely kit. Just the kind of thing that would have appealed to a kid in the pre-video age! Could have given her a pillow she looks a tad uncomfortable!
