Paint stripped (enough to make repainting possible). Some pieces missing. Jekyll's lab stand has missing container and cylindrical support. Should be done before April.

Sweet! I wish I could get into this one too. There is nothing there that catches my interest. I started on mine but quickly put it back in the box and there it sits now. Eventually it'll get done but only if I have no more kits to build. People seem to do very nice build ups of it and I'm sure you will too. Maybe I should get an after market head from COP...Like the Fredrick March head. copp.headplug.com/ That would simply improve on its looks that's for sure. Sorry, didn't mean to steal your thunder. I truly am interested how this'll turn out.

My Bad Trevor. For some reason I saw the repopped version not the MOTM version. Tunnel vision I guess?! When Monarch does release their version of the MOTM Drac and J/H, I will get those for sure. I'm kinda quiet on the whole MS thing but I'm collecting as many MS kits as possible. Eventually I'll get'em fixed up and into a Monster 'Scene'.

Same here. I envision taking 2 shelves. One for graveyard scenes on tip, and monster scenes on the bottom. Like they are in an underground dungeon under the graveyard.

Just in time for Halloween; the Doctor is in. Fixing him up was pretty easy except for his head which went on last after a lot of fine detail painting. Mixed medium--Badger Freak Flex paints over Testors enamels. Washes and drybrushing were employed chiefly on the face and hands. A re-release of Jekyll (with obvious modifications) is in the works, but I prefer this version. Attachments:

Nice clean work on this one! I have one in my collection and it has to be the most boring of all Aurora's Monster Scenes. I have another one with the transformation head I am going to build someday to display next to it.I like the way you painted his face - makes the details pop. Steve
