Sorry to hear about the tube breaking off. If I attempt something like this, I will probably completely putty the tube into place. Kind of like what I did with the support for my leaping one with the cave bear. Not exactly sure what I am going to do with my mammoth and the rearing up legs. I need to figure it out though. I want to have it slapped together for the display. Been having lots of fun watching your progress. I'm hoping tomorrow will be dremel day for me. I've got my PS mod project, as well as a few others that need some dremeling.

Cool idea for the saber, Trevor! So what PS are you dremeling again? No problem with the tube breaking off. It should be an easy fix with some epoxy putty. I have a wooden dowel to use as support. If that don't work, I can always get some 1/8" or 3/16" metal round stock or pipe from work to replace it for better stability. Glad you are enjoying the mod. It's been quite entertaining on this end to.

Thanks Bob! It has basically come to a dead stop for the time being. My putty is out of state (literally) and work and life are becoming more demanding every day. I will try to get back on it ASAP...that is, when the putty comes back home too! Until then, it sits! Why is my putty outta state? It is being used on two unique projects for my PS collection. Since I haven't the patience or time right now to do these projects, it is being done "professionally"! I will show pics once I have pics!

Well it's been a while since I last posted here. I haven't done much more to the tiger other than sand it down a bit more and paint it. I'll post pics of it as soon as I can. Pics don't post to well from my laptop! BTW, would anybody be interested in getting a copy of this if I cast it? It would be just the body, you provide the legs.(And there should be plenty to spare if you got an original kit! )

When I get my original back, I plan on finishing the Cro Mag man up and set up the scene for the two. I am glad everyone is happy with this altered version. I recently received the BMP from Mark (PrehistoriX) and immediately started working on the saber tooth, perched upon the rock. I did some alterations to his legs and will soon attempt to paint it up. So many possibilities with this mammal! I love it! Pics coming.....

I'm going to get my bump from mark in our next business package. It will have the pro proto and our sail back swamp extension in it. I can't wait its like Christmas. I'd love to see your version of the bump. The elk if it comes to fruition will make a great addition to the mammals.
