Given any thoughts again to the Megaloceros? I've recently ordered a couple of Paleocraft/ Alchemy kits close to scale and I am toying with Mike's version of this - but a "herd" would be nice!

Nope. Haven't gave it much of a thought. It would end up being a very expensive kit for a very few sold. Roughly $200 per.

They all look promising, but the mammoth in the tar pit is the one I'd really like to see.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.............................
I haven't seen any news for so long I thought dinosaurs had gone through a second extinction (maybe this would have been a third, since Aurora shut down in the seventies).
I can't wait for these new releases.
Thank you, thank you, thank you...............

Nope, not extinct yet! We still enjoy this hobby and this series and with the few remaining die hard fans, sculptors and mold makers, we deliver what we can, when we can. Some of the older kits, like the Protoceratops and Moschops, are being co-oped and re-released through Prehistorix. The new Diabloceratops replacement head and nameplate will be released under the Prehistorix/Aroara header. Currently the Pachycephalosaurus is being produced and sold by Jeff Brown. All other kits are TBD! Thanks for caring! Hope to get a few more kits out soon.

Prehistorix is still going strong. New stuff all the time. Is the mammoth tarpit having a mammoth or do you use an existing mammoth? Will there be a new trunk and legs?

Just the base and a few accessories. No new legs, trunk or tusks. Customer provides the Mammoth and cuts it in half to their desired specs.

Scott Banks has agreed to do the woolly mammoth tar pit base. He has done some amazing things with the other bases and he's spanning out into figures too. He mentioned he'd like to add other things to this base including new mammoth figure with new legs, trunk and tusks.

The Ichthy is very close. Steve has posted on FB that his almost ready to go into production on it, though his work is very busy right now, so that is causing it to sit on the back burner for a bit longer.

Thanks Trevor! Yes my jobs are very, very busy right now and making it difficult to spend the necessary time to complete the Ichthy. I just recently (as of Monday) received the rest of the parts needed to finalize the Ichthy itself. Now I need Time. Precious time!
