I voted "NO"! If the package included ALL the bells and whistles from the original release, then I could consider it. I had a hard enough time trying to justify the Monogram T-Rex years ago when it was going for $50 and it was only the box and Green T-rex. OUCH MAN!  Sorry, I'd love it, but I can't do it!  |

Have you seen Mega's responce to my post?
That $75 is MSRP, which means most of the online places would be about 20% off.
$60 for a kit molded in the original colors with glow parts.
Which will also be made in the USA.
I can get onboard with that.

Even at $60, I still have a problem with that. Mostly because I couldn't afford it and it's not really a grail kit for me. Heck Yes I'm excited that they are considering doing it but it's not justified to me. I guess I shouldn't vote because of the negative, but it's good to let them see both sides of the coin and not just the bright side. Just my opinion!

You are very right.
Best to cast your vote, regardless of which way it falls.
It's not a grail for me either, I've handled dozens of them over the past decade.
But it would be cool to see it out again, in the original colors.

I agree Trev! Regardless of what I voted, I do hope they get enough possitve feedback that they'll do it! Who knows, maybe by the time they DO re-release it, I'll be rolling in the dough! ;D BTW, My intention this year is to make it WF '11. I'll save up some vacation time at work, cash it out and then off to Kentucky for the weekend...Yippeee!!!  |

And I am sure it will be sitting on some hobby store shelves when it is released next year.

How Ironic!!! I found out (from an anonymous source) that I could possibly be getting a T rex shortly after they're re-issued. I'm tickled pink...er, RED!!! ;D |

I know.
Rob was keen on doing it last year, when I was bogged down with a bunch of real life crap.
So I didn't have much time to correspond with him.
I think he is busy with some other stuff right now.
I'm thinking after the first of the year, I might actually get going on it.
I can use my daughter's room for a staging area to lay it all out, rough it in, etc.
She will be off at collect and there won't be any traffic in there.
