That's cool it'll hold the PS label too. I hope it sells well 'cause I'd like to see more "classic plastic"!

PREHISTORIC SCENEStm by DENCOMM? Really? At this point, I'm questioning the tm and logo ownership but until there is some absolute proof they're not, I'm going with the flow.

Well, I don't really care. All I know, is that I have a case of them on order. One to open up, photograph, then re-sell. One for my personal collection. And one to put away for later. Either to build or sell, not sure which yet.

So, I take it there are 3 to a case?

Is that the official new box design? I like that!

I believe it is, though I haven't seen it in person to verify it.
Looks to be about the size of the JCPenny catalog box also.

Atlantis had a presence at Toy Fair, apparently, with Rexy and his new box on display! ;D www.battlegrip.com/?p=25285That buildup is beautiful! I'll have to try to pull out my JCP box and perch my Rexy on it, and see how the size compares. I was chatting with noted Godzilla artist Bob Eggleton a little while ago, and he's looking forward to buying one of these for his collection.

oh you braggard! Congrats on the triplets! How's about shooting an "open box" video or photo essay? Show us what's inside the box!

So again, why 3? One to keep in mint, one to build/paint, and one to build just snap together? Or to sell?

One to keep for the collection. One to open (photograph, scan instructions, etc) then resell. The other to hold on to for trade / sell in the future.
I would build one, but I already have one in progress for a full putty/paint job. And I will have an original built and unpainted displayed. So, having a third is a bit much, especially for my current display space.
Though, I also may end up needing it, if Mike does go through with the Spinosaurus conversion. He is currently soliciting input BTW. So, if you want to see it happen, drop him a line and let him know you are interested.

Wow! I'd have never thought I'd see the day. Amazing!
Trev, I hope you can get some comments from the manufacturer about how they made it happen, making the box graphics, etc etc.

I agree! With hearing all the horrible things "they" did with the molds and the "train wreck" and stuff like that, I didn't think there would come a day this would happen. I'm kind of grateful for the opportunity to do Add-on kits to this series. Now that Dencomm has seen the excitement for this line, We're about to see the rebirthing of the "scenes" again! Not only the old re-issued but new ones too.
